Simple and gentle

Here's what to expect.

There's no complicated process, no forms to fill in, no hoops to jump through. Just a warm, unhurried 45-minute conversation — entirely on your terms.

You don't need to have it all figured out

Many people come to us not knowing exactly what they want to say. That's completely fine. You might want to vent, to think out loud, to process something difficult, or simply to feel less alone. Whatever brings you here, you're welcome.

Choose your session

Browse our session options and pick what feels right — a free first session, a single session, or a monthly membership if you'd like ongoing support. There's no pressure to commit to anything.

Your first session is always free.

Pick how you'd like to connect

We offer phone calls, video calls, Zoom, or text-based chat. All sessions are online — choose whatever feels most comfortable for you, and you can change your preference each time.

We listen — fully and without judgement

Your listener is trained in active listening. They won't offer advice unless you ask for it, won't judge what you share, and won't try to fix you. Their only job is to be fully present with you.

Trained active listeners. Completely confidential.

You leave feeling heard

Sessions last 45 minutes. Afterwards, there's no homework, no follow-up unless you want it, and no obligation to book again. You're in control.

45 minutes · No pressure · Entirely your pace
